Responsibilities:

- Safely transport children from school to our facility

- Assist with homework, studying, reading, and checking work

- Prepare and assist with snack distribution

- Assist students with changing for class; tying belts; finding attendance cards; remaining orderly

- Supervise play and games among students; discipline as needed with pushups, wall squats, etc.

- Organize games and activities as needed; creative thinking to come up with new games

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Experience working with children and those with special needs
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team

- Valid Illinois Driver's License

As a Program Coordinator & Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in the success of our programs. Your experience working with children will contribute to the development, growth, and success of our programs. You will have the opportunity to work as a team with other staff, assist in the success of children in their educational studies, and create games and activities that are educational and fun; all to ensure the overall success of our programs. We offer compensation beginning above minimum wage with the first raise at ninety days, and then yearly thereafter. All employees and their children receive discounts on martial arts classes as well.
